All plans include hosting, https, mobile-first design, copywriting and images, contact form, WhatsApp button, basic legal pages and technical maintenance.
3. Prices and billing
Plus: 49,95 €/month for the first 12 months, then 69,95 €/month. Pro: 79,95 €/month for the first 12 months, then 99,95 €/month. Prices exclude VAT, applied at the current rate. No setup fee. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe, with invoices emailed and available in the client area. Future price changes are notified at least 30 days ahead and never affect a commitment period already under way.
4. Duration and initial commitment
The contract has an initial 12-month commitment, which offsets building the complete website with no setup fee and the reduced first-year price. Once completed, the subscription runs month to month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Early termination within the initial commitment makes the remaining monthly fees due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Onboarding and delivery
After subscribing, the client provides basic business information. Relógica delivers a complete first version within an indicative 24 working hours of receiving it, publishing once approved. Timelines may extend where the client delays information or approvals, or for projects with special requirements.
6. Included content changes
Plans include 10 h/month (Plus) or 20 h/month (Pro) of client-requested content updates, measured by actual time spent, within the calendar month and non-cumulative. Work beyond the plan's hours or scope (new functionality, full redesigns) is quoted before execution.
7. Domain
The client may bring their own domain (connection included) or ask Relógica to manage one for19,95–29,95 €/year + VAT depending on the extension. In both cases the domain is registered in the client's name. Upon cancellation, Relógica provides the transfer (EPP) code within 48 working hours of the request.
8. Cancellation effects
Cancellation is requested by email or WhatsApp and handled manually. Once effective, the website is no longer published or hosted; the client keeps their domain and all content belonging to them (approved copy, own images, brand and data), delivered on request. The developed website as such (design, code and structure) is part of the subscription service.
9. Client obligations
To provide truthful information and hold the rights to supplied materials (texts, images, logos), and to use the site lawfully. Relógica may refuse unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.
10. Support
Support by email and WhatsApp during business hours, with replies within 24-48 working hours. Hosting runs on leading providers (currently Cloudflare); Relógica is not liable for outages beyond its control but undertakes to manage them diligently.
11. Withdrawal
Clients contracting as consumers (individuals outside their business activity) have 14 calendar days to withdraw. As the service begins immediately with the website build, a client requesting early start pays for the service already provided. Business and freelance clients acting within their activity fall outside the consumer withdrawal regime.
12. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy. Where the client's site collects third-party data (e.g. its forms), the client is the controller and Relógica acts as technical provider.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules state otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
