Privacy policy

Short version: I only process the data you give me to reply to you or to provide the service, I don't sell it to anyone and I don't build profiles. Full version below.

2. What data I process and why

Contact form and WhatsApp: name, email, phone (if provided) and your message, solely to answer your enquiry and follow up as you request. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Clients: identification, tax and billing data needed to provide the contracted service, issue invoices and meet legal obligations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c, tax law).

Browsing: Google Analytics 4 only loads if you give consent. It processes technical and browsing data to produce aggregate statistics. Details in thecookie policy.

3. Recipients and processors

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery. May involve international transfers covered by standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
  • Stripe — subscription payments, invoicing and client portal. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller; Relógica never sees or stores your full card details.
  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4, only after your consent, to generate website usage statistics.

No other transfers except where legally required (e.g. tax authorities).

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and at most one year after the last contact. Client and billing data are kept for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by commercial and tax law.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to or by post to the controller's address, providing proof of identity. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).

6. Minors

Relógica's services are aimed at businesses and professionals. No data of children under 14 is knowingly collected.

7. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied: https across the whole site, providers with recognised security certifications and restricted access to data.
